Dear Friends in Christ,
Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We thank the Lord for you and deeply appreciate your faithful prayers and financial support for us and the work in Mexico.
Susie and I are doing well and are in good health, although Susie had a close call. She became very ill due to food poisoning which led to severe dehydration, kidney failure, blood sugar plummeting, and potassium soaring. She had to do dialysis her first three days of her seven- day stay in ICU. PTL, she is doing fine now!
We praise the Lord for the work He is doing in the lives of the people in the churches. We have organized another church – this one is the Garcia Baptist Church about 20 miles northwest of Monterrey. This was a very special day for the church with nearly 100 in attendance. Also, the churches celebrated Children’s Day! At least 80 souls trusted Christ as their Savior, children and adults; and several committed to being baptized!
Mothers Day celebrations in the churches saw more than 15 saved and commitments for baptism. In May there were more than 9 baptized and others will be following. These are certainly fruitful times in the service of our Lord. Truly, the fields are white unto harvest.
