Dear Pastor Johnson & Cornerstone Baptist Church,
Since our last letter, Sara, a 23-year-old mother of three prayed for salvation in her home with Cindy. Please pray for her. Like so many others in this society, she has a lot of “baggage” and so she needs to become close to Christ to have any chance at all of knowing that in Christ she has overcome! ... because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. 1 John 4:4
Pray with us about SS workers and teachers. We have only five eligible teachers, which includes Cindy and I. Only one of those has taught SS before, and that was two to six years old. Putting brand new teachers with these kids is like throwing Christians to the Lions! We had twenty-two boys, 6-12 for junior camp. I had to take three of them home in the wee hours! I may never be able to get the two young men helpers, to help again! We had twelve girls, 6-12, and only Cindy for a worker! I did the cooking and preaching. Next year we are going to have day camps and have them sleep at home if the situation does not change! Again, please make this a matter of prayer!
Pray for our coworkers, the Schmidt family. Bro. Mike, Sister Ashley, Caleb, Joshua, Jonathan, Ana & Grace. They now have their visas! They must wait for the vaccine mandates to be revoked. As of now, no one can come into Brazil with being fully vaccinated for Covid, and that is not an option for this family.
Thank you for loving us because of Christ, and for praying for us.
Sincerely in Christ Jesus,
