Bob and Cala Williams to Choctaw Indians

Bob and Cala Williams to the Choctaws

Dear Prayer Warriors:

The Lord led us here 25 years ago to start Choctaw Baptist Church, of Idabel, OK. They honored us with a surprise celebration Sunday. Wonderful messages, singing, dinner afterward and they also presented us with a beautiful handmade quilt with some cross patches and a large panel with the 23rd Psalm. The Lord builds the church, and He sent us some dear people over the years to help us. Our son, Mark and family joined us 5 months after we arrived, and have worked with us all these years. Bro. Benny and Resa and family joined our church two years later. Our daughter, Susanne and her family were here 10 years. We’ve had many other faithful members over the years—some have passed on, some have moved away or moved on. Pastor Joseph Carroll and his wife Joni (pictured above with us) are doing a great job and are looking forward to the next 25 years. These folks are all responsible for the wonderful church that God planted here among the Choctaws.

And last but not least, we are glad to report that Bro. Jason Isclaw, pastor of Choctaw Baptist Church at Swink, OK, led a man to the Lord a couple of weeks ago. Please pray for Nate Thomas. Thank you so much for your faithfulness to our ministry over the years.

Your Missionaries,

Bob and Cala Williams
