Bob and Cala Williams to Choctaw Indians

Bob and Cala Williams to the Choctaws
Dear Prayer Warriors:

“But I would ye should understand, brethren, that the things which happened unto me have fallen out rather unto the furtherance of the gospel.” Philippians 1:12

As if we hadn’t had enough shock to our systems from the tornado, COVID and shingles over the last few months, the pastor at Choctaw Baptist Church in Idabel recently resigned! So now we have two churches without pastors. Our son filled in a few times, but he and his wife will be traveling the next four weeks. However, he found someone from a church in Texas who agreed fill in the next four Sundays, so we can be at Swink. Please pray the Lord sends a pastor soon for at least the Idabel church. And pray that the congregation there will be encouraged and that the church will grow.

Through it all, God’s grace and strength have been sufficient. He continues to bless us, our family and our church families and supply our needs. In reference to the scripture above, God has opened opportunities for us to reach more people with the Gospel—workers that have been here to make repairs to our home and grounds caused by the tornado (still ongoing), neighbors and others we would have never met otherwise. We are very thankful to the Lord, and to all of you folks that have faithfully prayed and helped and supported us.

Your Missionaries,
Bob and Cala Williams
